IAM District 26: Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings. Your elected negotiating committees worked hard around the clock to secure a new tentative agreement. At around 1:00 AM on Friday, we concluded our talks with the company. On Tuesday, our members will decide if we achieved our objectives around job security, wage security, and retirement security. This new proposal has significant changes/improvements in all three of these core areas. With that, it is very important for everyone to come to the Oakdale on Tuesday to listen to the proposed changes and to cast your vote. Until then, keep the lines strong!
